Strava Live Segments and sync issue

I try to ask this, just to understand.

Is there anyone today with the latest version of Edge firmware and latest version of Garmin Connect iOS that is able to sync the Strava Live Segments?

I'm having an in between issue. Some of my starred segments are syncing and I can't figure out a rhyme or reason as to why some are syncing and others are not.
