Not sure if this belongs in the Mobile iOS forum or the Connect Web forum.
The "Extend LiveTrack" feature does not seem to be working, i.e. my LiveTrack session is not visible past the time my session has ended. I have "Extend LiveTrack" turned on in the Connect mobile app, but when I go to the link that gets emailed after finishing my ride, it says "Session Complete The tracking session has ended" and nothing is shown on the map.
This seems to be a recent problem -- in the past, I've been able to view track for the 24 hours it is supposed to be available. But now, I can't.
I am using an iPhone 8 connected to my Edge 830. My Connect app is version 4.34.2.2
Anyone else having this issue? I did a quick search and it appears to have been reported in the past, but replies from Garmin say that it has been resolved.
