Trying to figure out some Zone training issues on my Garmin. I’m 31 years old and my max HR is 189 (based on the 220-age method). Based on that my Zone 5 (90% of max) should be 170. When I go to my zone settings on my Garmin it does show the correct bpm based on zones. But when I do a run/ride and review details my zone 5 show at 159 and over bmp.
anyone have similar issues?
