No heart rate data shown in connect app

SInce the SW 20 update came out for watches no heart rate data is shown in the app as well as the 4hr record on the watch itself. Resting heart rate is thus also not available. Anybody else with these issues or just me?

I am having the same issue.

No heart rate data for more than 4 weeks now.

Although synchronising seems to work fine.

Team Garmin, what may be causing this problem?

Which Garmin device are you using? Are you seeing other data, such as recorded activities? Do you see heart rate data in Garmin Connect Web?

I am using a fenix 3 HR.

I do not have data on Garmin Connect web either.
