Hello delete an activity in Garmin Connect is there possibility to recover it...? on my watch if it shows up

If it's on our watch, hook it up to a Windows computer using your Garmin USB cable. Find the \Garmin\Activity folder then drag and drop corresponding fit file onto the import data page: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data
