Vivosmart 4 not displaying text messages. Device receives call notifications, news notifications, etc but never texts. Please help!!

Vivosmart 4 not displaying text messages. Device receives call notifications, news notifications, etc but never texts. I've deleted/reinstalled Garmin Connect on the iOS, changed all notification settings to always allow, etc to no avail. I cannot figure out why it would get some notifications (calls, news, etc.) but not texts?!? Thanks for any help, I'm loosing my mind trying to get it go work!

Ultimately it worked after unpairing, deleting connect, removing from Bluetooth updating and reloading and syncing everything, etc etc. At the end of the day (after trying to get it squared away since midweek last week) I’m not sure exactly what the solution was. But it’s up and running. Thanks for the response!
