Run is on Connect but not on Strava

I dont a run at 5pm today, using my Vivoactive 3. It has saved onto my Garmin Connect but never went onto my Strava. It was a personal best so want it on Strava. How do Share it onto there manually considering it hasnt automatically done so this time?

Go to Garmin Connect Web.
Click on the activity
Export as .tcx or original
Go to https://www.strava.com/upload/select
Click on "File"
Click "Choose Files" to import the file that you just downloaded
