I have this exact issue. Did you find a fix?
Spoke to someone at Garmin today they know there is a problem and asked me to send a diagnostic report from my phone hopefully a fix is coming soon
Great news. Iemailed Garmin, tried their suggested fix but it didn’t work. Calling them was my next step. Stay in touch to let me know when it gets sorted please.
I have the same problem, i can reach insights reports from connect webpage but i cant use the insights tab on app. It is totally blank
Hi Mate, Garmin asked me to send my diagnostics off yesterday. Did you have to do anything from your end or did they fix it?
Hi just updated the app on my iPhone and insights has started working there’s not much information at the moment. I guess it has to run for a while
Try updating the app if your on Apple
Yes, i ve received the Update on app store and the problem was fixed.
