synchronization with Weight Watchers app

I’m trying to synchronize my Garmin to the Weight Watchers app. After several days of no synchronization, it synchronized at 6:30 a.m. today but won’t synchronize now. I was also receiving Reconnect phone messages oN my Vivofit. Help!

Mine is doing the same thing. I have done everything that they say to do, but nothing works. My garmin isn’t doing anything.

Typically disconnecting both sides, Weight Watchers and Garmin Connect, then reconnecting will resolve this. If you've done that and still no joy, I suggest contacting Garmin support directly via phone, chat, or email using the Garmin Support Center.
