My drawn Strava routes won’t load to my new Garmin 830 l, keep getting a server 401 error.
tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app without success. Desperate for the mapping function as got a big tour coming up.

Do you have the Strava connection enabled for courses under Account Information?
Then make sure you "star" the route on strava
Once that's done, go to Garmin Connect Courses and look for your course. It should be there with Strava as the source. Then you can send it to your Edge 830
