You should contact Garmin directly via phone, chat, or email using the Garmin Support Center.
The forum is not usually where Garmin staff engages directly with the customer.
What other accounts? Garmin accounts? If it isn't a Garmin account that is affected then Garmin can't do anything about it.
How are the other accounts affected? Are you using the same password for different accounts even if you know that you shouldn't do that? Are you using too short and easy passwords? Haven't you activited multifactor authentication were possible?
I can give you a couple of tips that should protect your accounts:
Start by using different passwords everywhere. I usually use 20 character passwords. Not less than 10 chars should ever be used. All stored in LastPass, but any password manager will work. It is too hard to remember strong passwords so don't even try to do that.
Activate multifactor authentication everywhere. With that activated your accounts are pretty much unhackable.
