Steps not syncing from garmin crash

During the garmin crash, my steps didn’t sync. When everything came back online, the steps still didn’t sync. I have screen shots of them and want these uploaded to update my account. I have a 575 day step count streak that was stopped because of it. I upload normally by the app but I even connected to my computer and still nothing. Any help is appreciated.

Which device do you have? Most are good, with some unrecoverable issues being reported only for July 23 and 24. If you're having general syncing issues even now, you might need to contact Garmin support directly.

My steps and HR still dont work after the crash ; i try sync with garmin express but nothing. Fênix 5 - iPhone user. Sad because i track both in my Excel for data i have more than 2yrs os data.

So you're saying you've lost 2 years of data that was on Garmin Connect before but it is not now? If that is the case, either you've logged in as a different user, or you have some other issue that only Garmin Support with access to your data can fix.

Same issue for me. No steps and heart rate datas from 31 may 2020 until now. I can see on my watch (forerunner 735) datas from the last 7 days only :-(

I ended up having Garmin support add an estimate for steps for the two missing days. Not perfect but kept step days streak intact.

How did you manage this? I had a steak of 198 days prior to the outage

how did you do that. I have contacted Garmin support from the following link and selected email

I was finally contacted back and managed to get an estimate on both days and now my streak is intact!
