    hi,

you can verify the variations between Garmin platforms

check the content of your fit file for used zones during activity

afterwards sync settings from within Garmin Connect Web

    read here ... garmin-connect-mobile-ios why-do-all-my-workouts-show-up-as-low-aerobic

  • Hi,First of all tks for your prompt response and for the analyzer. Awesome.

That confirms what I was saying:

    The file shows
    --- xxx9=0=0,120,164,197,230,262,328,59

but the settings in both places GCM IOS and GC Windows are others.
I'm sure I had sync the watch but I'll give a second try next week.
The way a check this is that I always make configs using GC Windows and them sync the watch and double check the settings at GCM because in my understanding changes are always trough the watch, right?
Or there is a possibility where GCM changes GC WIndows and vice-versa without changing the watch?

    Really appreciate.

    hi,

    glad you found it useful

am not sure about the flow of Garmin's sync processes

figure it starts with GCW through GCM onto the watch

do not think GCW updates when changing settings on the watch

but you could proof me wrong Slight smile

myself never used GCM only once in a while GCW

  • I believe both should update the watch because the watch itself does not have such capabilities and some times you might want change settings using  GC/USB and others GCM/BT.

I did forced another sync via BT and I'll let you know on Monday.

    Regards,
