Unneeded and unwanted Segments

I noticed today that I had many Segments on my Fenix 5 watch. When I inspected Connect, there were a few dozen Segments in the app that were syncing to the Fenix. I don't participate in these bike riding challenges. How do I get rid of them on the app and prevent them from transferring to my Fenix?

I've been wondering about this issue too.Connect mobile and Garmin Express both can't send one segment twenty others are sent. Should be a way to just send the ones that you want.
