One of my runs isn't syncing to garmin connect

Hi. My run from yesterday is showing in my watch but it isnt showing in my run history in the garmin connect app on iphone 8. All other runs have uploaded. I have synced multiple times, powered downed phone and 235. I have removed device from app and reinstalled.

It could be a corrupt file. Try uploading using Garmin Express. Or with your USB cable attached to a PC, drag and drop the fit file from the \garmin\Activity\ folder to Garmin Connect Web using the import data page
