My activity on device not syncing with Garmin Connect app. I have tried all the tips online.

Forerunner 735XT cycling activity yesterday did not sync with Garmin Connect app. I have tried turning off and on my phone, watch, open and closed app, turn off and on the Bluetooth on my phone and watch, deleted and reinstalled app. Nothing is working.

Anyone with this issue should contact Garmin Support. Until this is fixed, if the activity is still visible on your Garmin device, connect the watch with the USB cable to a computer, open file manager…

Same issue with not syncing since Saturday. I’ve been a loyal Garmin wearer, but I’m getting very frustrated with recent issues.

I tried using Garmin Express also. I couldn’t get it to upload.

The Rock and Roll Marathon series are doing virtual runs. You sign up for free, run the distance, upload your time and then you can see how you did compared to others in your age division, in the USA or around the world. If you choose you can then pay for a medal for that race. Or not. I do it more for the fun of it. By running these races you can actually earn points to get discounts off things.

I did a cardio workout today and it uploaded fine. Not sure what is going on but I don’t like it
