Change background colour in Garmin Connect app

I’m really struggling to read the text in my Garmin Connect app on iOS. Is it possible to change the background colour from black to something different?

I have checked the forums and from what I can see this was asked 3 yrs agO

Not great support then - come on Garmin - this is really simple change to add BBC s white option - suunto interface looks way better.

Come on Garmin - after all this is an easy option to improve your dated looking interface - suunto’s looks way better.
