Hi, 

My Vivoactive 3 Music Will no sync my latest run to the app? 

I have tried to delete my watch from the app and turn it off etc. The app still sync with the watch, but and can still not see the last run?

  • Is it just the last activity or does the watch have a history of having this issue? Try syncing using Garmin Express. Also, if you have a Windows computer, with your Garmin cable attached to your watch and your computer you should be able to locate the activity in the folder \garmin\Acitivty then import to Garmin Connect Web. If the activity is corrupt, you'll get an error message. If so, you can zip the .fit file and attach it to this thread so we can see what the issue is.
