Weather widget and heart rate high/low not updating on Fenix 6x pro with iOS.

Hi,

i have a Fenix 6x pro and iOS device both on the latest available software version as of 11 July 2020 but my Fenix will not update weather or my high/low heart rate. I tried previous troubleshooting solutions like resetting the watch, disconnecting from connect, uninstalling connect, and restarting my phone with no luck. I noticed a similar issue with weather updates happened about nine months ago. Weather widget says “waiting for data” and the high/low heart rate shows “—/—“. All other sensors and widgets working normally as far as I can tell. How can I get this functionality back?

I have the same issues with my Fenix 6X. It’s very frustrating. My weather which it hasn’t been working for over a week and I’ve tried everything.

Fenix 6 pro from week maybe more the same problem. I have tried everything what is recommended without effect.

I have the same problem with my new 6 Sapphire. Thanks for sharing the info about the engineers working on it.

I have the same issue, first when my watch was new the temperature didn’t display now the weather will not update and have tried everything, Garmin replaces the watch two months ago as a result of this issue, new watch same problem

I just updated my Fenix 6 to version 10.10 and the weather started working straightaway.

I asked one of the garmin techs few days ago if there was an update on the watch. I have the Fenix 6X and she said no. Not sure if the 10.10 is only for Fenix 6. I don’t know if the 6 and the 6X are completely different I thought the only difference was by the size of the watch. I’ve only had my watch for like a month so I’m still learning ha

Same here - tried every other solution (delete widget / check BT, etc to no avail). Updating watch SW to 10.10 immediately resolved issue
