Installing watch faces

Hi-I had a watch face installed from connectIQ and no longer can see that face. How do I reinstall that watch face? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, looked for updates, there are none? The watch face menu shows an IQ with an exclamation point. Thanks.

Not sure which watch you have. Vivoactive 3? Usually Garmin Express can help reinstall watch faces.

If that doesn't work, here's a thread on the vivoactive 3 forum that might help: Watch faces from connect IQ not working

If still no joy, a factory reset should resolve it.
