Download issues

Fenix 3 will no longer download to Garmin connect. When I try to sync it looks like it is about to download and then the white circle flashes green and doesn’t download I’m a bit of a techno phobe but I don’t think it’s me this time. It’s worked okay for years... tried restart on iPad and watch without success

Can you try connecting the Garmin USB cable to your watch and your computer then sync using Garmin Express? This will possibly pikcup any updates as well as fix other issues. If issues persist, possibly needs a reset to factory defaults.
