I’m on week 5/14 of a HM plan with coach Greg. I had my 90 mins long run scheduled for today. I decided to use a pace pro course to try and keep my pace at a good level. I had read that you could combine pace pro and coach workouts but when I started the coach workout, I was unable to add the course. So I just ran the pace pro course. I ran for 120 mins total but none of it is counting towards my coach plan 90 mins long run.
Is there anyway that I can link my pace pro run to the the coaching plan as I don’t want to miss the long run for the week and of course don’t fancy running another 90 mins today.
