At my advice both my girlfriend and dad bought Garmins (GF the vivoactive and dad the instinct like me).
Gf has had the watch for about a month now and my dad for about a week but neither can get the body battery to show in the app. They both wear it consistently throughout the day and sleep so I cannot figure out what is going on.
I have checked the ‘edit my day’ at the bottom of the home screen and there is not even an option to show it. We have tried Updating/ deleting the app And powering on and off the watch but nothing....
is there anything else I can do or might they both just have defective watches?
