Problem Uploading Activity to Garmin Connect

I did three workouts today. #1 was a swim, #2 a run, and #3 another run.

Both the #1 swim, and the #3 run were uploaded to Garmin Connect as normal.

However, the #2 Run wasn't uploaded to Garmin Connect even though it appears in the watch history.

I've reset the watch and my phone, but no results.

Any suggestions?

Can you zip the fit file for the run #2 activity and attach it to this thread? If you have a Windows machine, attach your device to your computer. You should be able to see the fit file in d:\garmin\activity.

Thanks for the prompt response. I don't have a Windows machine. I have a Mac. How do I find this file?

It is different on the Mac. You need to use Android File Transfer or similar to view files from a Mac.

Hi I’m having a problem .. my ride from Sunday isn’t uploading .. I have tried syncing repeatedly .. Friday and today ride are both showing .. can anyone help?!!!

Can you try syncing using your Garmin USB cable and Garmin Express?

If you could attach your ride to this thread we can see what is going on. See my first post on how to do that.

I am having the same problem. Run yesterday shows on my watch but won’t sink to the garmin connect app or strava. No matter how much I sync

As I mentioned, please post your activity file to this thread so we can take a look at what the problem might be.
