Why won’t my Vivoactive 4 stay connected to my iPhone? I have to turn my Bluetooth on and off to get it to sync, multiple times a day. (Not good as my phone notifications don’t come through)

Why won’t my Vivoactive 4 stay connected to my iPhone? I have to turn my Bluetooth on and off to get it to sync, multiple times a day. (Not good as my phone notifications don’t come through)

I'm seeing the same behaviour. I think its since I "upgraded" to iOS 13.5.1. Not sure. All I know is that it was staying connected pretty reliably since I got the VA4 a few months ago. Not so in the last week.

I have the same issue, and I can't see that there has been a good answer given in any forum. Does Garmin read these?

There are some forums that are regularly monitored by Garmin staff. Unfortunately, the iOS forum is not one of them. If you want to report the issue, best to do it directly with Garmin Support.
