Since 30th May my 645 is not downloading training status, sleep data or stress data. It’s showing on the watch but nothing is going into the connect app.

Also no intensity minutes. Everything has just disappeared

Try restarting both your iPhone and watch. Then sync using the supplied USB cable connected to your computer and Garmin Express. Also check Garmin Connect Web to see if your issue is across both platforms.
