Vivomove Style - Aktivität synchronisiert nicht

Hallo, bereits zweimal ist es passiert, dass ich in meiner Vivomove Style eine GPS-Aktivität gespeichert habe (wurde auch so in der Uhr bestätigt), diese in der Connect-App jedoch nicht angezeigt wird, auch nicht nach Synchronisation. Wer kann helfen? Besten Dank!

  • Hello, it has happened twice that I have saved a GPS activity in my Vivomove Style (was also confirmed in the watch), but it is not displayed in the Connect app, even after synchronization. Who can help? Thank you very much!

    Try syncing using the supplied USB cable and Garmin Express.  Check if the same issue is on Garmin Connect Web. If you have a Windows PC, while the watch is connected to your computer, open the D:\garmin\activity folder to see if the fit file is there. If it is, attach it to this thread and we will take a look at it to see if anything is wrong.
