Intensity minutes not updating consistently from 2nd Garmin device

Hi, I’ve had a Garmin Vivoactive 3 for a while and recently bought a Edge 520. Everything is set up correctly re Physio True Up, both are connecting with Connect and activities on the 520 show up on the Vivo. Up to and including my bike ride on Monday morning the data from the 520 was adding to the Intensity Minutes (I used a HRM with it), but from Monday PM’s bike has stopped adding to the intensity minutes. I’ve not changed any settings and all other data from the ride, including HR zones etc, is appearing in Connect and on the Vivo. Any ideas on why the 520 data has suddenly stopped being included in the Intensity Minutes data?
