Heart Rate field settings missing from connect app?

Has anyone else seen the heart rate settings fields disappear from the connect app? It was under the device user settings along with power setting and custom stride length.

Same issue for me with the Fenix 5 and Edge 1030. @Garmin support: could you please give a statement to this and the fact that such modifications are implemented without informing the costumers...??
