Access to my sleeping data

Why isn’t it possible to download my sleep data since the beginning. Why does it only aggregate 7 days. My sleeping data, my ownership ie I should have access to the database without the need of emailing or contacting a hotline. This is the 21century!

Restart watch. Hold the light button (top left) until the watch shuts down and then start it again. That is the first to always try when you experience any issue.
