Network connection error on Watch Face section of App

Hi as of yesterday I’ve been unable to access watch faces within the IOS app and keep getting the below image The Tactix Charlie has been reinstalled and the App reinstalled, I’ve signed in and out but to no avail any ideas?

Many of us have the same issue (Android, PC ios etc.)
Do you have issues with datafields and widgets too?
I have issues only with watchfaces

Thanks for the reply it looks to be just watch faces anyone else have any problems?

I can’t get watch face, my bracelet is stuck on the “beat yesterday” screen. I am not getting any data logged either. I’ve tried everything and looked online until I’m blue in the face. Any help is appreciated.

Please use ConnectIQ it seems to work but can be temperamental as it is showing some issues but please persevere. Good luck.
