I’m having sync problems still after following all the guidance to remove and download apps And re-register the device. Please can you help me

I’ve been following all the device and help content but I’m still having sync issues. I have restarted the whole device removed all apps repaired absolutely everything, but it keeps saying device is busy cannot connect

I get a green connection by the watch but nothing is actually running through no steps no activities nothing at all

please help Garmin
