Not able to live track via email

Any idea why I wouldn’t be able to live track via email? I’ve deleted connections and reconnected, still nothing. Do you think the Garmin needs to be updated? Any suggestions would be welcome.

Same here. It’s not allowing me to turn on the email toggle but I can turn on the twitter toggle. I’ve tried everything. HELP!
