My Garmin Connect App used to sync with my watch periodically while the app was not open. This would allow for things such as the activities and data to be automatically uploaded onto the App without me having to physically open it. Recently, my phone updated and these background processes no longer work. If I want anything to upload onto the app I need to physically open it and wait for my watch to sync. I noticed my "find my phone" notification no longer works when the app is closed either.
Is there a way to re-enable these background processes?
I have tried restarting both my phone and watch, updating them.
