I am getting notifications from random apps on my phone to my 735xt like twitter and my sons school app, but I can’t get notifications for what’s app, text or emails. Also I can’t control Spotify from the watch. How do I enable these please?

Following. I have mine set to calls and texts only and I get Calls and Texts and then notifications for every other application. I can't get them to stop.
