After iPhone updated to 13.4.1 I am unable to pair my Garmin vivid active HR watch. Screen locked on waiting for settings. My phone does not detect watch in Bluetooth. Need help.
Suggest restarting both your watch and your phone. This seems to have helped others.

Restarted my phone. Unable to restart or turn watch off screen locked and says waiting for settings.
Did you try holding down the power button for at least 15 seconds to force the device to power off? Then press it again to power it on.
If you can, then connect the watch via USB to a computer and sync via Garmin Express.
If still not possible you can try a factory reset, which puts the device back to factory defaults like the day you first powered it on. You will lose all personal data from the watch, so hopefully you've already synced with Garmin Connect.

That worked just perfectly. Forcing it to power off by holding button for 15 seconds then starting all over to set my watch up as if it were new. And yes I had already sync my data before. Thank youo much.
