How do I connect to other people who have Garmin watches? My friend & I would like to compare workouts.

• Under Connections tap the search icon.
• Enter your friend's Garmin ID, then tap search.
• When the friend is found, tap Connect.
• Accept the agreement to allow profile visibility
• Your friend will then get a notification to accept the friend request under Connections > Requests on their Garmin Connect app
• They will also receive an email notification with the subject "<Garmin User> wants to connect with you."

All of this can also be accomplished from Garmin Connect web from any web browser.
