I have just purchased a Fennix 6xpro all working fine. But my edge 810, whilst Bluetooth connected will not sync and I can’t access today’s cycle ride

I have just purchased a fennix 6x pro. All working fine on my Apple phone and no problem syncing info. However today I went out for a bike ride and whilst it says connected it will not sync and download my cycle ride.

I have disconnected the 810 and reinstalled it but no change.

I would start with power cycling the Edge and your iPhone. Follow that with connecting the Edge via USB cable and syncing with Garmin Express. If still no joy, here's an extensive list of steps you can try: Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide
