my date and time are not correct on my Garmin VivoFit

I have iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 13.4.1 and I have VivoFit (the 1st one out, many years ago)

I can PAIR the device. But when I did sync > the date and time on my Garmin is not correct. 

I did change my batteries (after did some google search) but this problem is not solved. 

I am not sure that my VivoFit (the 1st one out) is not suitable with iPhone 11 Pro Max anymore?

Can anyone explain please?
