iPhone (iOS 13) says Fenix 6 Sapphire connected but app says it isn’t

iPhone (iOS 13) says Fenix 6 Sapphire connected in Bluetooth and I’m getting phone alerts (texts, Insta etc) — but app won’t sync steps and says Not Connected! Help?

Also, simply restarting your device and your phone will sometimes fix this issue, followed by connecting to Garmin Express. Something to try before you dig in to the extensive troubleshooting I posted.

Great, I’ll try that. It drifts in and out of this ‘partly connected’ state. Very frustrating. But thanks again.
