Run from 225 watch not uploading to garmin connect

Why isn’t my run from Garmin 225 not uploading into garmin connect despite the two connecting ok, I’ve tried to switch on and off, disconnect and re connect, it just ain’t uploading!

Also, try attaching your watch via USB cable to Garmin Express This will update settings and download updates if any are available. At the very least, your activities will sync up so you don't lose anything.

Turn off your 225 by pushing left top button on your watch, wait 3 min and turn back on. Now it will connect to Garmin app on your phone.
