Two Users Uploading Using One App

I'm using Connect on my iPhone for my Garmin cycling devices (Edge 1000, Vector 3, Forerunner 945 and Index Scales).

I would like to buy my son an Edge 130 he doesn't have a phone and I am wondering if he can upload to his own account using Connect on my mobile?

I've tried logging out of my account on connect to log into his account to test this but when I return to my account my devices have disappeared and need to be reconnected, this is not viable to do going forward.

So before I purchase an Edge 130 can anyone clarify if two separate users can use the same connect app to upload to two separate accounts without needing to reconnect devices etc??

Not possible from the same phone. I suggest for your son to use Garmin Connect Web, which can be accessed from any web browser, although more user friendly from a PC (mac, Windows). For him to register…

Not possible from the same phone. I suggest for your son to use Garmin Connect Web, which can be accessed from any web browser, although more user friendly from a PC (mac, Windows). For him to register his device and associate it with his own account user name (email address) use Garmin Express. This will also allow him to regularly sync his device to Garmin Connect to view his activities, reports, etc.
