- I am unable to sync garmin connect to map my run app. Map my run is saying that were sync‘ed but activities are not up to date
Try re-establishing the connection between MapMyRun and Garmin Connect.
Go to https://www.mapmyrun.com/workout/import/dashboard/ CONNECT ACCOUNTS & DEVICES
Click "DISCONNECT"
Go to Garmin Connect Web account information https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation
If you see "MapMyFitness," click disconnect.
Go back to MapMyRun and click "CONNECT" and accept the agreement
Go back to Garmin Connect and verify that MapMyFitness is connected.
