This product is worthless without syncing. How do you expect a customer to ever buy another product when you don't service your current products?

What makes you think the 810 is a current product?

The Edge 830 is the latest in the 8xx line.

Regardless, the 810 syncs with Garmin Connect fine. I have a friend with a 800 and he syncs with GC without a problem (although he has to connect to a computer).
