From the My Day page scroll down and tap "Edit My Day," then tap steps, save.

Where is the "My Day" page? I can't find this "Edit My Day" thing.

The My Day page is the initial view when you launch Garmin Connect Mobile app. Or tap on "My Day" which is on the very bottom left of the screen.

Scroll to the bottom.
