Strava - not showing activities completed

I just bought a 245 Music and I can’t get my activities to appear on Strava even though I have it sync’d. Tried disconnecting and rebooting phone etc but still no luck.
What else can be done?

Do they appear anywhere, such as Garmin Connect Web?
