I just tried opening "Garmin Connect App" on my new iPhone 11 (iOS 13.4.1) and the screen is just black. Iphone Buetooth cannot seem to find it the Vivoactive 3. Worked just fine on my older Iphone 7S.

I've had this problem on my iPhone X since Monday (open the App, get the Garmin Connect splash scree, then just black). Same OS version (13.4.1), and there had been no recent update to the Garmin app. It's worked fine for years prior to this.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app (while hard resetting between this to clear cache) with no luck.
I've installed it on my iPad (also 13.4.1) and it works fine.
Hi. I’m having the same problem but the app on my iPhone 11 was working two days ago. I’ve contacted Garmin by chat and they have said there was a software update. They have added me into a ticket for this problem. Very frustrating. Suggest you contact them by chat or email
