Resolved - Only black screen after starting the app

Since half an hour the Garmin Connect iOS App starts only with a black screen. After reinstall the app it’s the same. It doesn’t work anymore. Has anyone an idea?

    I also try a reboot of my iPhone X. It doesn’t help.

    I am having the same issue. Just tried to open the app on my new IPhone 11 (iOS 13.4.1) and the screen is just black.

    I have the same issue and it started today morning. I've tried to reset my iPhone SE to factory default and restore from backup but it doesn't help. I've installed Garmin Connect to my company iPhone SE and it works on it. (iOS 13.4.0 and iOS 13.4.1 have the same result) For me it is a critical issue. What could we do?

    I've called the support here in Hungary but they've claimed that I'm the first customer with this issue and all of their personal devices are OK. So they can't do anything with this issue. I have Vivoactive HR, 3.7 years old, far beyond the warranty period... The annoying is that there is no issue with my wife's iOS device and with both of my children's iOS devices... Such a pity bug...

    I have exactly the same issue on my iPhone 6. Problem started last night and have still got the problem this morning here in the UK. I deleted the app, shut down my iPhone, restarted iPhone, updated iOS software to latest 12.4.6, reinstalled Garmin Connect app. Still got black screen when I open app. Very frustrating. My wife has no issues so it’s not a network/wi-if connection problem, it must be the Garmin Connect app.
