Is there any way to upload previous (already completed) activities to Strava?

Just manually, unfortunately.

Download the activity a a GPX file from GC and upload that file to Strava.

I think you would have to download it from the Garmin Connect website

As others have mentioned, you can download individual files from Garmin Connect Web. Then import into strava - https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216917807-Exporting-Files-from-Garmin-Connect

Alternatively, if you have too many activities to make this manual process feasible, you can use a 3rd party tool such as tapiriik - https://tapiriik.com/ or fitnesssyncer - https://www.fitnesssyncer.com/

I have over 15 years of data in Garmin Connect so tapiriik was a life saver.

From the Dashboard I see My Activities, but i cannot select them all, only 4, then i dont see the wheel. What am i missing

You can only download one at a time to import into strava. The other option is to use something like tapiriik to sync it all at once. https://tapiriik.com/

Hello, I have bought tapiriik last week and wanted to send GC to Strava. But nothing works. Due to info "Due to new limitations in Garmin Connect's API, tapiriik can no longer upload activities to your Garmin Connect account, download historical activities from before you connected to tapiriik"

Now I have written to fitnesssyncer.com, if they can do that
