Import strength training sets and reps from Apple Watch?

Is there a way to import strength workouts from Apple Watch to Garmin Connect?

I have just bought a Garmin Edge 830 for cycling and want to use GC as the central platform for my training planning/logging. I do not have a Garmin watch and want to keep using my AW 4 for some forms of training. For strength training, I use GymBook. I really like that app. For cross platform syncing I use RunGap, which is nice, although it is being buggy with GC at this point. However, strength workouts that are synced, do not show which exercises I logged, nor sets and reps. Is there a way to achieve that?
